Social Distancing does not mean you cannot join us for our Ballet and Contemporary Adult Online Class! (from 12 years old) All you need is a bit of space, a camera, a mat and a large smile  With a step by step approach and with the detailed guidance of your teacher, you will improve your flexibility, coordination and balance. You will learn fantastic moves and a choreography that will allow you to see your own progress. The teacher will provide you with personal feedback that will support your practice.
